Transfer of Ownership

For Transfer of ownership, the applicant has to apply in Form 29 and Form 30 together with the following documents :

  • Registration Certificate.

  • Insurance Certificate.

  • Address Proof.

  • NOC from the financier if the vehicle is under HPA.

  • Valid Taxes and Fees.

  • Form 28 for other state vehicles.

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by other state registering authority.
