No Objection Certificate

No-objection certificate, for the removal of the motor vehicle to the jurisdiction of another registering authority may be granted on application made in Form 28 provided :

  • that a report in writing from police, that the vehicle is not involved in any offence or theft case has been obtained.
  • that taxes on motor vehicle has been paid up-to-date.
  • that evidence of payment of tax on passengers and goods has been obtained from concerned superintendent of taxes in case of transport vehicle.

  • that a no-objection certificate from permit issuing authority is obtained in case of transport vehicle.
