Duplicate Registration Certificate

In the event of loss or theft an application for duplicate Registration Certificate can be made in the prescribed manner along with a report from the police. In the case of old Registration Certificate being destroyed, damaged or defaced, an application for duplicate can be made on the surrender of the Registration Certificate.

An application for Duplicate Registration Certificate has to be submitted in Form 26 accompanied by the following :

  • Detail of Registration Certificate.
  • Recent Passport sized photograph – 3 copies.
  • Police Report.
  • Valid Taxes.
