No Objection Certificate

No objection certificate for removal of motor vehicle to the jurisdiction of a registering authority in another state, may be granted on application.

Procedure

• Form 28 duly filled up
• Police report stating that the vehicle is not involved in any theft case.
• Evidence of tax payment for Transport vehicles.
• N.O.C. from permit issuing authority for Transport vehicles.
• Registration Certificate
• N.O.C. fee of Rs. 20/- is to be duly paid.
